  30年度は、29年度から引き続き、乳幼児の養育者を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。その結果を、「乳幼児の言葉にみる音感性の移行対象―移行対象としての言葉をとらえる試み①」（日本心理臨床学会第37回大会,2018）として研究発表をおこなった。“不思議な言葉”というキーワードで、約半数の養育者から回答を得ることができ、濁音や破裂音、呪文のような言葉など、不思議な響きや意味の分からない言葉を心にとめる養育者の感受性と、子ども自身が独自の「ことば」を創り出し、自分のもの（所有の感覚）として愛着をもって使っていることがとらえられた。
  さらに、質問紙調査実施後に、協力の得られた対象者にインタビュー調査をおこなったところ、養育者も身体感覚をともなう歌や踊りが、乳幼児期特有の言葉や感情体験に重要な要素ではないかと感じていること、子どもと養育者のあいだだけで通じる言葉を楽しみながら使っていることなど、環境側の要因についても検討点が見いだされた。また、分離にまつわるテーマとして、離乳のプロセスを検討したところ、F.Dolto(1984/1994)が述べているように、母親と子どもとの身体的距離と情緒的距離のあいだで、言葉がどのように象徴的機能を果たしていくのかという重要な局面であることが示唆された。, kaken

On this practical ground, this research is intended (1)to develop a battery of psychological tests for evaluating the psychological effects of predictive genetic testing, and (2)to make clear the functions of the psychological interview in genetic clinics and genetic testing, and contribute to establishing a desirable system of genetic counseling.
  In point of (1),we created an original test called "genetic SCT (Sentence Completion Test)", and made a battery consisted of POMS (Profile Of Mood States), tree-drawing test and genetic SCT. The battery was administered to the clients by the clinical psychologists who were in charge of the interviews with them, during a series of sessions of genetic counseling by medical doctors. In that way, we aimed at administering those tests carefully on the basis of relationships built in psychological interviews, and preparing to protect the clients from the effects of the result of the genetic testing. It was revealed that POMS was useful for finding how the clients view themselves consciously, and tree-drawing test : their unconscious aspects, and genetic SCT : various aspects of psychological states and interpersonal relationships of the clients.
  As for (2),by collaboration between medical doctors, who specialize in explaining accurately to the clients the knowledge of the leading-edge medical genetics, and clinical psychologists who specialize in listening sincerely the clients' words from their inner psyche, it was revealed that not only giving information from doctors to the clients, but also examining how the information was received by the clients, the clients could utilize those information of their own will., kaken

The practices on clinical psychology need not only knowledge but competences which mean improving skills and building character, so the supervisee improve his competence directly through his supervisor who is the experienced psychotherapist. But there are not enough studies on the supervision because of the nature of it, for example, the duty of confidentiality. The main method of this study is the Supervision's Case Study. We can pursue both the essence of the case and the universality of humans by this method. And we investigated the supervisee's views.
  We considered the subjects, 1.supervision's case study, 2.aims of supervision, 3.supervisee's individuality 4.supervision and training analysis, 5.intake interview and assessment, 6.forms of supervisions.
  This study has brought the difficulties of the supervision. It performs various roles as the educational aspect or the supportive one, so its complication cause the difficulties. But it is important that supervisor, supervisee use their own knowledge and competence and interact freely based on the relation as a person-to-person. And it's an worth task how put his thoughts and conscious and unconscious feelings into words as a specialist. These are the essences of the psychotherapy, too., kaken
