• 基盤研究(B), 01 Apr. 2021 - 31 Mar. 2025, 23K20427, 近代天皇制に関する思想史的研究ー「国体とデモクラシ―」に着目して, 住友 陽文; 小林 啓治; 細見 和之; 前川 真行; 田中 希生; 岡野 八代, 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 11180000, 8600000, 2580000, 2022年度も引き続き、各研究者は共通軸を見据えながら各自の分担研究を進め、その中間成果を「近代天皇制思想史研究会」として開催する公開研究会等での報告・議論を通じて共同研究にフィードバックした。
  公開研究会は9月・2月の2回開催した。9月の公開研究会では白井聡氏を招聘し、「『戦後の国体』とは何か」をテーマに白井氏による「近代天皇制＝国体は二度にわたって形成され崩壊する」という反復史観をめぐる議論を行い、「戦後の国体」概念について検討した。2月の公開研究会では、中澤達哉氏に「中世後期～近世ヨーロッパの選挙王政」をテーマに、「王のいる共和政」とも形容される「選挙王政」について「世襲王政」との対比の上で分析した研究報告をしていただき、その報告に対して研究代表者である住友と研究分担者である前川がコメントした。この研究会では主に中澤氏の「王のいる共和政」論をめぐる議論を行ない、「君主制とは何か」という本研究課題における核心的な問いに対し「共和政」という観点から深掘りすることができた。そのほか、たとえばフーコーの権力論について当時のフランスにおける絶対王政研究すなわちマルクス主義的歴史認識とその批判という文脈のなかに置いての再考などを行い、「移行論争」の再評価、絶対王政期における再宗教化についてなど近代天皇制研究における新たな視点を模索する上での手がかりを得ることができた。
  2023年度以降は、以上の観点を伸ばしつつ、継続して個別研究・共同研究に取り組み、近代天皇制イデオロギーや国家論などについての新たな理論構築を目指す。, kaken

  研究会では、住友が「中曽根康弘の天皇論と民主主義論」をテーマに報告を行い、コメンテーターとして大谷伸治氏を招聘し議論した。シンポジウムは関連分野の研究者・一般の参加者を対象として２回開催した。テーマはともに「君主制なるものと個と社会」とし、代表者・分担者が個別研究の中間成果を報告した。第１回は「君主制的共和主義とは何か」（住友）、「全体と個と天皇制―和辻と恒藤の比較から」（小林）、「保田與重郎と天皇制－『萬葉集の精神』を軸にして」（細見）、第２回は「ミシェル・フーコーにおける法と歴史」(前川)、「場としての天皇－近代日本の王権」（田中）と、共通軸を見据えながらも多面的な視点からの報告・議論を行うことが出来た。
  これらの研究会・シンポジウムでは、君主制的共和主義の概念をめぐる論点、天皇制を検討する上での日本固有の思想史的文脈（家族的なるものなど）を押さえることの重要性、天皇制とアナーキズムの関わり、「内面化」をめぐる問いの立て方に関する論点など、個別研究報告をもとにしつつも共同研究全体に関わる重要論点を見出せた。さらに、本研究の課題として「文明と文化の対立」という枠組みとは異なる独自の視点を模索していくことの重要性や、天皇制研究を進める上での表象論から存在論への視座転換の必要性などが提起された。特に後者については、フーコーの規律―権力に関する議論（身体に対して行使される権力）の中に表象論から存在論への転換の可能性が見出されることも示された。これらの論点・課題は今後の各自の研究に反映させ、次回以降の研究会・シンポジウムでさらに議論を深めていく。, kaken

During this process, it focuses on individuals, ethics/morality, and war/colonization as conditions that make constitutionalism effective. As a result, the characteristics of modern Japanese constitutionalism are clarified from the viewpoints of (1) how the trend of the revival of religious rites arising from the social situation resulting from the Onin War led to the “Decree for the Restoration of Imperial Rule,” which promised constitutional governance; (2) the process through which pre-war constitutionalism turned into post-war international constitutionalism, which centered on pacifism, during the interaction with the nationality policy theory and world wars. Furthermore, this paper also suggests that constitutional order in modern Japan had been formed by a strained relationship with something “out of the ordinary.”, kaken

For the purpose of studies of academic streams of these three physicists, this project has made the environments of the archives more convenient for their users: the archives data has been publicly accessible via internet. An open source software system managing this web and database server was installed on a PC and customized for the archives, and a new software which may replace current one was also investigated. Also the possibilities of utilizing databases of archival authority records, which may be useful for science history studies, was also investigated. Finally prospects and issues of the future projects of current studies were discussed., kaken
