• Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (B), Apr. 2021, Mar. 2025, 21H00480, 近代天皇制に関する思想史的研究ー「国体とデモクラシ―」に着目して, 住友 陽文; 小林 啓治; 細見 和之; 前川 真行; 岡野 八代; 田中 希生, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (B), Osaka Prefecture University, 11180000, 8600000, 2580000, 2021年度は、「近代天皇制思想史研究会」を立ち上げ共同研究を遂行するための体制を整えるとともに、各研究者は共通軸を見据えながら各自の調査研究を進め、その中間成果を研究会・シンポジウムでの報告と議論を通じて共同研究にフィードバックした。 研究会では、住友が「中曽根康弘の天皇論と民主主義論」をテーマに報告を行い、コメンテーターとして大谷伸治氏を招聘し議論した。シンポジウムは関連分野の研究者・一般の参加者を対象として２回開催した。テーマはともに「君主制なるものと個と社会」とし、代表者・分担者が個別研究の中間成果を報告した。第１回は「君主制的共和主義とは何か」（住友）、「全体と個と天皇制―和辻と恒藤の比較から」（小林）、「保田與重郎と天皇制－『萬葉集の精神』を軸にして」（細見）、第２回は「ミシェル・フーコーにおける法と歴史」(前川)、「場としての天皇－近代日本の王権」（田中）と、共通軸を見据えながらも多面的な視点からの報告・議論を行うことが出来た。 これらの研究会・シンポジウムでは、君主制的共和主義の概念をめぐる論点、天皇制を検討する上での日本固有の思想史的文脈（家族的なるものなど）を押さえることの重要性、天皇制とアナーキズムの関わり、「内面化」をめぐる問いの立て方に関する論点など、個別研究報告をもとにしつつも共同研究全体に関わる重要論点を見出せた。さらに、本研究の課題として「文明と文化の対立」という枠組みとは異なる独自の視点を模索していくことの重要性や、天皇制研究を進める上での表象論から存在論への視座転換の必要性などが提起された。特に後者については、フーコーの規律―権力に関する議論（身体に対して行使される権力）の中に表象論から存在論への転換の可能性が見出されることも示された。これらの論点・課題は今後の各自の研究に反映させ、次回以降の研究会・シンポジウムでさらに議論を深めていく。, kaken

During this process, it focuses on individuals, ethics/morality, and war/colonization as conditions that make constitutionalism effective. As a result, the characteristics of modern Japanese constitutionalism are clarified from the viewpoints of (1) how the trend of the revival of religious rites arising from the social situation resulting from the Onin War led to the “Decree for the Restoration of Imperial Rule,” which promised constitutional governance; (2) the process through which pre-war constitutionalism turned into post-war international constitutionalism, which centered on pacifism, during the interaction with the nationality policy theory and world wars. For the purpose of studies of academic streams of these three physicists, this project has made the environments of the archives more convenient for their users: the archives data has been publicly accessible via internet. An open source software system managing this web and database server was installed on a PC and customized for the archives, and a new software which may replace current one was also investigated. Also the possibilities of utilizing databases of archival authority records, which may be useful for science history studies, was also investigated.
